By accessing our services, you accept these terms in full. We don't take your trust lightly, which is why we've articulated our liability limits and operational protocols clearly below.
1. Liability & Freight Protection
kelleyleasingstorage.com maintains comprehensive carrier liability insurance, but we must define the boundaries of responsibility. For domestic transit, liability is typically limited to a specific value per pound or kg, unless a higher value is declared and additional fees are paid at the time of booking.
Note: Damage claims must be filed within 14 business days of delivery receipt to be considered valid.
Warehousing
Inventory storage is subject to our facility's environmental standards. We aren't responsible for loss due to "Acts of God" or natural degradation.
Transit Delays
While we strive for 99% on-time delivery, kelleyleasingstorage.com does not guarantee arrival times for standard freight due to customs and weather variables.
2. Service Obligations
Our team works tirelessly to ensure your cargo moves through the safest channels. However, the shipper is responsible for accurate weight declarations and proper packaging. Improperly crated items may be rejected at our warehouse docks to maintain safety standards.
3. Payment & Cancellation
Net-30 terms are available for established accounts. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pickup will incur a 15% disruption fee. We believe this is fair to our drivers who have allocated their time and fuel for your transit.
4. Digital Usage
You'll find that our tracking API is provided "as-is." While we maintain 99.9% uptime, we don't accept liability for business losses resulting from temporary data inaccuracies on the customer portal.
